The Mermaid’s Song Beach House sits on a quiet street where the ocean and the river meet. We are less than a full block from the beach with two access areas and nestled between the BEST clamming, crabbing and fishing location.

 

It's a quiet area away from the bustling crowds in summer, but still so close to everything Seaside has to offer. Just a short stroll or bike ride to the prom. It's perfect for feeling like you have a private beach and the Mermaid's vibe is SUPREME!

 

She seems petite but she holds in her lair a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, 1 block from the Ocean and 1 block from the River, where the two meet (Estuary), in Seaside Oregon.

 

With an array of sleeping arrangements and the ability to separate adults and children, cozy up to the fire or just sit on the front porch with a book as the kids play corn hole on the lawn. Watch the sunset in all it's beautiful glow. Take the wagon and head a short block to the beach with the many sand toys and equipment. Meander around on our bikes...whatever you like!

 

* We are currently working and renovating a sandpit and picnic/BBQ area as an addition to this awesome property. Time and time again we have guests that say...they do not want to leave or we were much much more than they expected.

 

Just a few short blocks away there is a City Park across from the 12th street bridge, where you can try your luck with our crab cages or rent a bike fit for the entire family or start your stroll on the prom.

 

The Necanicum River comes in and out with the tide, which is perfect for fishing, kayaking, clamming or beach combing. Walk to the prom, shop the outlets, take a short drive to Astoria, Cannon Beach or Manzanita.

 

Try your luck fishing for salmon in the Necanicum behind the house, down 17th street and you run right into the Estuary ...maybe even spot some local ELK.

Swallow The Anchor is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house that sits between Sunset Beach and Sunset Lake. Nestled in between everything the Northern Oregon Coast has to offer & (1Gbps) Wifi

Just 6 mi to Seaside, 7 mi to Astoria, 4 mi to Ft Stevens State Park, 5 mi to Lewis & Clark National Park, 7 mi to Columbia River Maritime Museum, 18 mi to Cannon Beach, and 23 mi to Long Beach WA.

Swallow The Anchor is a newly renovated home, located within the private gated community of Surf Pines.

The house is situated between Sunset Beach and Sunset Lake. Swallow The Anchor Beach House is perfect for an intimate stay for 2 or a bustling group of 12. (This house has a 14 person Max Occupancy at owners discretion) We will accept 2 additional occupants under the age of 2 by special request only)

The sun rises over the lake and sets over the ocean and it's a glorious site from all the huge windows and wrap around decks.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and sleeping arrangements for all.

Our amenities are amazing and we even have a fully stocked coffee/wine and breakfast bar with cereal dispensers.

We provide kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods, clam guns and crab cages for a fun filled stay, bikes, beach toys, wagons, games, kites, ping pong and air hockey.

Bathrooms are stocked with everything you might have forgotten to pack.

If you want to be cozy in front of the fire and binge watch your favorite shows, then our Hulu TV with gold package and Netflix will have you in a trance for days. He wont forget his sporting event be cause we thought of that too..so make sure you tell him, there's nothing to lose.
